The Italian restaurant BONA CAPONA offers a concept with relaxed family atmosphere and classic Italian recipes, cooked by traditional methods.
The menu includes Mediterranean salads with fresh greens, seasonal vegetables and fruit, as well as four kinds of pasta: fusilli, fettuccine, rigatoni and spaghetti, made in-house out of hard and soft wheat varieties. And the signature Grande versions provide huge portions to make a group of friends happy.
Bona Capona offers 12 pizza varieties: from the classic Margherita to Di Manzo with beef tenderloin and oyster mushrooms. The pizzas are cooked with Neapolitan dough, fermented for 24 hours and baked for 60 to 90 seconds until crusty, with leopard spots on the edges.
There’s also a particular focus on seafood recipes, such as grilled calamari, seabass fillet with vongole and zucchini, or tentacles of Moroccan octopus.
